I remember the first time I heard this song, on the Stax box set, and thinking this is the perfect sample song: catchy, nice hook, wicked keyboard, sounds way ahead of it's time.. It didn't take long to realize that my thought wasn't that original. The Wu Tang Clan along with other artists have either sampled or covered this song. The original is still ridiculously good, but the reggae refixs has been doing it for the cognizant crew. The Skarra Mucci has been out for a while now, but the new Alborosie (thanks for turning me on to this one lukaduke) is another scorcher.
